Xertus Inc. Return and Shipping Policy
Return Period
At Xertus Inc., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To initiate a return, the item must be in its original condition: unopened, unused, and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase (such as your receipt or order number). If the item has been opened or used, please reach out to us at xertusinc@outlook.com and provide details about the reason for the return. We will do our best to ensure your satisfaction.
How to Begin a Return

Damages or Issues
We recommend checking your order immediately after receipt. If your item is damaged or there are any issues with your order, please get in touch with us within 3 days of delivery. Include a description and photos of any damages so we can evaluate the situation and assist you accordingly.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including personalized products or items that have been opened or used. We ask that you carefully package your returns to prevent damage during transit, ideally using the same packaging in which the item was originally shipped.
Exchanges
Currently, Xertus Inc. does not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please process a return for a refund and place a new order for your desired product.
